Each month, pick up to 5 business processes for us to work on. Work starts in week one. Anything not finished carries into next month’s 5.

Each one becomes a working automation in your own tools, tested on your real work and taught to your team.

What a process is

A business process is one job your team repeats, start to finish: from what starts it to a finished result you can check. For example, a donor gift becomes a thank-you letter.

Each one belongs to one team, with one owner on your side, and runs in the tools you already use. Bigger jobs are split, and you approve the list.

A process counts toward your 5 from the day work starts until it is live and your team has taken it over, or until you drop it.

What each becomes

A working automation that runs on your real work, in your own accounts, and has passed a test your owner signed off.

A person approves anything that can’t be undone. If it fails, it falls back to today’s way, and your owner can run it.

Three levels

Build comes in three levels, and each adds to the one before it. Each level has a three-month minimum term.

Build · $15,000 a month

Up to 5 business processes at once.

Build Plus · $25,000 a month

Up to 10 business processes at once. Adds processes that talk to your customers live or touch health, payment or student records, same-day requests, and 2 of your people trained as champions.

Build Program · $50,000 a month

Up to 20 business processes at once, across departments. Adds a named person on call around the clock as your backup, one shared platform piece at a time, and an MSA, a DPA, insurance and a security review.

New software products and replacing a core system are each quoted separately.

Who does the work

You and your staff work side by side with our build-with-you coaches. They build your AI systems with you and teach your team to run them. If you ever leave, the systems stay with you.

The agents work only on your organization’s systems, and a shared rotation stays on call 24/7, with response times in writing.

What we take on

The recurring work that pulls staff away from the people you serve: case-note summaries, donor research, grant report drafts, board packets and volunteer scheduling.

Each system connects to the tools you already pay for, keeps donor and client data inside agreed limits, and has a named staff member who reviews its output.

A shared rotation is on call 24/7, with response times in writing, because programs and shelters do not keep office hours, and neither do the systems that support them.

How the months unfold

Agree: with you and, where useful, your board, we apply the Of One method to settle outcomes, data rules and what comes first.

Pilot: a small system goes live with a few staff first, measured against how the work was done before.

Hand over: your staff learn to run and adjust each system, with written notes, so the know-how stays when the engagement ends.

When Build makes sense
