Where the hours go
Most organizations bring one of four things: an AI policy the board has asked for, a grant workflow that eats every deadline week, donor data staff are unsure how to handle, or a first project nobody has time to scope.
The first hour follows the Of One method. We settle who owns the decision, what the mission needs from it, the facts as they stand, and the fixed limits: funder terms, restricted budgets and consent from the people you serve.
Then we work on your own material, such as last year’s grant report, your thank-you letter template or your volunteer schedule, and get the first routine running with the staff who will own it.
What you carry back
A draft AI policy or workflow your board can review, a short list of approved tools and data rules, and a routine your staff can repeat without us.
Some questions reach into nonprofit law, tax, charitable solicitation or privacy. There we lay out the choices and what each costs, as education only. Those decisions stay with you, your board and your advisers.
